Duplicate records data on view

Dear Gurus

I create view and join some colume of table VBAK VBAP VBKD

This join condition.

VBAP.MANDT = VBAK.MANDT

VBAP.VBELN = VBAK.VBELN

VBAP.VBELN = VBKD.VBELN

Data records is dupplicate, what happen and how to resolve?

Try to add in join conditions:

VBAP.POSNR = VBKD.POSNR

Hi

There might be multiple entries for Vbeln field (sales document) in VBAP table, thats why its fetching the duplicate entries.

In such event try this:

join conditions:

VBAP.MANDT = VBAK.MANDT

VBAP.VBELN = VBAK.VBELN

VBAP.MANDT = VBKD.MANDT

VBAP.VBELN = VBKD.VBELN

selection conditions:

VBKD-POSNR = '000000'

vbak-vbeln = vbap-vbeln

vbak-vbeln = vbkd-vbeln

Join conditions will be as below :

VBAK and VBAP by VBELN

VBKD by VBELN and POSNR from VBAP.

Duplicate entries should not come after this..

Hi,

Try to display MANDT in the View Fields, it should solve your problem.
