Duplicate condition records with BAPI_CUSTOMERCONTRACT_CHANGE

Hi,

We have a requirement to change existing contract (inserting new line item).

We are using FM " BAPI_CUSTOMERCONTRACT_CHANGE." but this is creating a duplicate condition type.

Any suggestion?
