Hi,
i am part of SAP Migration team.The table KNB5( Customer Master Dunning) contains the information abt dunning data. as i am new any one can explain what the meaning of Dunning data thanks in advance.

hi Kiran,
Dunning is the process of methodically communicating with customers to insure the collection of accounts receivable. It follows the process that progresses from gentle reminders to almost threatening letters as accounts become more past due. SAP has automated this process. Law in each country regulate the form that dunning can take. It is generally unlawful to harasss or threaten consumers.

Hi Kiran,
Dunning data means if u take dunning letter means suppose customer ignores their payments with in a period then one notice will be intimated is nothing but dunning letter. These data is stored in one table. That is for dunning. So that notice can be prepared by script.
