DUmp while executing PA20/30 after SP upgrade

Our SP level Upgrade was done and later turned on CE in our system and now, when we execute PA20/30, getting the below dump. Can any one tell me whats wrong or did we miss anything?

What happened?

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "SAPMP50A" had to be terminated because it has

come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

Error analysis

The structure of the COMMON PART "SELTAB" in program "SAPFP50P" is

different from the corresponding area in the calling program

"SAPMP50A".

Length of the COMMON PART in program SAPFP50P: 5664 bytes.

Length of the COMMON PART in program SAPMP50A: 4872 bytes.

There is probably an error in the program

"SAPMP50A".

If these are all standard SAP programs with no modifications, then this is a question for OSS if there are no notes.

Thanks Rob. I found the problem. Few changes we did for enhancing (added grant lines upto 25 lines) our COST DISTRIBUTION Infotype were wiped out with the EP4 upgrade. I put back all my changes and now running into few issues.

1. Since the upgrade wiped of the added fields in P0027, we lost the data for the pernrs who had more than 12 grant lines. After we put back the fields, they were only initialised. So we will have to bring back the data from PRODUCTION. What is the best way to do that.

Note: We are having CONCURRENT employment.

2. When we run the payroll or refinancing a PERNR through PBC, those who are not having more than 12 lines are dumping too.

ANy clues please.
