Dump in Update statement of Native SQL

Hi All,

I am getting a short dump while executing the below xode snippet in Native SQL.

EXEC SQL.
    UPDATE misuser.table_4 set otype = :gc_otype1
      WHERE otype = :gc_otype
  IF sy-dbcnt = 0.
    WRITE: 'No rows updated'.
   ELSE.
    WRITE: sy-dbcnt, 'rows updated'.
  ENDIF.
  ENDEXEC.

Please update on this if anybody knows.

go into ST22 transaction already in the overview you should see the name of the runtime error.

here you can go into the detail to read the dump. read section 1 to 5 of the short dump. it usually gives you all info that you need to know the root cause.

I dont have any key field in table misuser.table_4.

Dump: Short text
   An SQL error occurred when executing Native SQL.
