Can anybody let me know is there any OSS note available for the same.

Nobody has access to http://service.sap.com/notes at your office ?

Else how will you read Note 494365 - Error BS(001) when changing an order (operations faulty) (Note which generated this exception to protect database integrity) and Note 492498 - Operations have temporary object number (how to correct invalid data) via SNOTE ?
