Dropdowns Using VRM_SET_VALUES is not working

Am Preparing Dropdown values for a field in Table Control. First time it is showing proper values. When I Click On a Button, An RFC API will be called ,and after that the same Table control will be shown.But this time , am getting all the values from the VALUE TABLE maintained for that field at domain level. But this time also am preparing the values using VRM_SET_VALUES . But It is not considering those values.

Anyone provide the solution for this?

Same code will be triggered for both the cases. But getting issue during second time.
