Download data from Database table

Hi all,

I am trying to download data from Database table. I am giving 1500 customer numbers in the table KNA1 and I could see all the other data for 1500 customers but when I download it to an excel or a text file, only 1450 entries gets downloaded.

Please let me know what could be the issue in this case and is there setting to be set to download all the entries which I could get from the table.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

pls check the rest 50 records must be repeated in the database table and that might be the reson it is not uploading that 50 records, otherwise check how many lines can one excel sheet hold,

Hi,

Please send me the logic which u r using. There may be a problem of populating into internal table. If u send code then may help u.

Do one thing, observe in debugging mode whether internal table populating correctly or not.

i think u download in Tcode SE16 step

frist u clear the field ( Maximum No. of Hits) then by excute

i think Maximum No. of Hits value 1450 plz clear the field.

Carry forward Leaves from 2007 balance leaves to add 2008 quota only sick leaves and earned leaves.

In 2007 sick leave quota is 15 sombody taken in that of 2 days leave.His balance 13 Sick Leaves.

In 2008 Sick Leave quota is 15 .

Actually my requirement is 2008 quota is including 2007 balance leaves.

2008 Sick Leave Quota is 28 ("Actually I want to get this value only)"Carry forward leaves".

But didnt get my requirement in Actuall scenario.While I was executing year ending payroll leaves will not carryforward.

Please send me the solution about my query.This is very urgent Requirement
