Hi

Personalisation Settings are not transportable, only Configuration changes.

Please confirm what changes you've applied.

Some screen shots would help.

Regards

Arden

Thank you.

Its a webdyn pro settings, what I did is:

added SAP-CONFIG-MODE=X, I saw a yellow ribbon on top, then right click, then chosen SETTINSGS FOR CURRENT CONFIGURATION, then I did my changes (example, hidden one column in ALV table), saved in a workbench TR, then moved the TR to QA, its working OK for me but not for others!

Pl. let us know what are those icons are represeing in mmy screen shot?

You can personalize WebDynpro interface, but it will be applicable just for your user.

Much better approach would be to use Customizing:

https://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73ehp1/helpdata/en/5b/7578374e3742ee8f18a00686bf4062/content.htm

This can be saved as a customizing request.

Cheers,
