can anyone share documentation of these Transport administration tcodes like STMS,SE06,SCC4,SCC9,SCCL,SE01,SE03,SPAD,SPAU,SNOTE,SPAM,SAINT and may be a lot more.

Why should other people search for something that you appear to be too lazy to do yourself?
