DMS office inegration with classification data

Hello, I use office integration with MS WORD 2010 from DMS ecc6 . When I'm creating links for SAP fields, from DRAW table is okay. But when I transfer field from class data, I save the original and after save the document - the field in the document is deleted! What is the problem? Thanks for the help! Aviva. Hi Aviva,

is your OS 32bit or 64bit  and  MS-Office 32 / 64 bit ?

Hi,

Follow the SAP Note 181044 - Desktop Office Integration for DMS to configure the Word document and SAP field integration.

We are using MS Word 2010 in our system, the issue must be related to the configuration not about the MS Word 2010.
