Hi all,

How to assign Distribution List to the Background Job with a Variant ?

In the first screen of SM36, there is a button for "Spool Recipients", click this button and simply enter the distribution list, then continue to add your step with the variant as normal

How can we see the Distribution List assigned to a background job ?

Say suppose we know a background job name and its variant, then how to find if it is assigned a distribution list ?

Hi,

Go to SM37, enter your job name and hit execute button. On the next screen double your job name. The screen which open, you will see "Spool list recipient" button. Hit this button to see "Spool recipient".

Hi,

Go to SM36.

Give the job name..

Press the Spool list receipent button..

Give the distribution list..

Press copy..
