Is this a part of your efforts to prove that an HR ABAP forum is needed?

Shame Bhaskar's response was cut and pasted from http://searchsap.techtarget.com/expert/KnowledgebaseAnswer/0,289625,sid21_gci1268463,00.html , so was rejected.

Hi Matt,

Thanks for youu2019re observing. But, you are said that its shame to me. But, itu2019s not a shame to me, because, previously I have given good answers to many threads like this.

But, the moderators are rejected and say that these are interview questions.

So, I want to test the moderators, they reject are accepted the answer. Obviously they rejected. Itu2019s good.

My questions are:

When these types of questions are posted in threads, why they are not locking?

After giving the answers, whey they are rejecting and say these are interview questions?

So, itu2019s not a Shame to me, itu2019s a Shame of moderators those are not observing these types of questions are not locking before someone has given answer.

Hi saslove,

Donu2019t understand wrongly, I was trying that why moderators are not locking when these types of questions are posted in threads?

Bhaskar, that was plagiarism which in my view is worse than not-blocking-interview-question-post. You should give credit to the person who initially posted and shared his knowledge on the web by referring to that person's original post.

And, I dont think that this is an interview question. Look at SaS's profile he has

Forum Points: 184

He is a contributor, his post should not be blocked as interview question.

I dont see this as an interview question. Sas is having an argument with a colleague (see above) and needs some fuel to throw on the flames...

Okay, it is not a normal question, but a little bit of "poetic license" is okay (almost to be expected...).

Back to the topic: I would say that much of the HR data is time delimitable master data, so it is used like transaction data.

My 2 cents,

Julius

Gathering knowledge is not only for interviews bhaskar its some self satisfaction and why you make the contest out of scope. We are here to share what we learn and to learn what others share .Thats it .You are a good contributor as well i see u so many times really appriciable .What Matt mean is like not to defame its just being in a good contributors list why u did so is his point .Shafiq is accurate in his first point.
