I search the forum with the terms "difference between conversions and interfaces" and found loads of answers (including the one Venkata pasted here).

I'm shocked and upset at your insuation here. Are you suggesting that both Venkata and Kishore didn't put lots of effort into writing those useful answers and by a freak occurrence they just happened to write the exact same thing word for word?!

Conversions we use only for one time uploading a file to sap but interfaces when we want the process to run on continuous basis to upload data to sap is interface
