Hi,

Forms/Layouts are used to control the page layout and also the text formatting in your documents.

Report is a simple driver program in a editor.

Hi,

Both are outputs, but the way they are developed are different, Reports are online executable programs that are created from SE38 transaction, whereas forms are executable thro' se38 as well as from the transaction codes, but this needs a form interface which needs to be developed from SE71 transaction using script editor,
