3) ECC has new options in BADIs where you can create your own badis and implement it.
4) You have new concept called Implicit and explicit source code plugins in ECC.
5) Has webdynrpo componenet accessible from SE80 transaction Itself.

Hi Sri,
What is the difference between 4.7c and ECC6?
These are the versions of the SAP,
4.7 is a bit old version of SAP,
where as after SAP 4.7 Enterprise version,
ECC6.0 comes with complete set of all Netweaver Components whereas 4.7 just have WAS in it.
SAP migrated to ERP versions that is ECC (ERP Central Component) ,like 5.0 and now 6.0 the latest...
ECC includes all the components like Netweaver and all and even the Dynpro components which are the new addition.
Meanwhile ABAP remains the same for all the versions as the programming language.

Have a look at the SAP Solution Browser (http://solutionbrowser.erp.sap.fmpmedia.com/). It will help you determine the differences between 2 SAP releases.

Below are some of the good features in ECC6.0
1. Your ABAP code can be Unicode enable, so that you can use your code in all the versions
2. You have a two kind of break point option in ECC6.0.
3. You have an enhanced debugging screen.
