Hi all,

I have created a report using smartforms.now while giving printout it is showing the following error.

Device type TWSAPWIN does not support page format INCH4C.

Please suggest me what to do.

Please change the Page format in your Smartform from page format INCH4C to some other Page format .

Becuase sap doesn't have this Page format . just check any other standarded Pageformat and do so.

Hi Garima,

In your smartfor YOu have used the page format

'INCH4C' .Device type TWSAPWIN doesnot support page formats other than DINA4.If you want to continue using the page format,you will have to create a different device type.

Device types are maintained through SPAD transactions.

If you go to SPAD and look through the device ypu are using for printing you will find the device type mentioned there is TWSAPWIN.try to use the other device type or if you dont want the custom page format,u can change the page format

in smartforms attributes.
