Developer Edition Installation

Hi Experts,

I want to install SAP ABAP Developer Edition for Practice purpose. Could you please provide me the links. I tried the below blog post and it says 'License Ends @ March 2018' Can someone provide me with latest version of the same ?

I read the full blog and tried to install even. When i Click on the new License link. Below is the result.

If a link on a blog doesn't work, then the appropriate place to ask is on the blog. That way you will reach the person who created the link.
