develop report for material status

my requirement is

developed a report to modify material status basing on plant by using mara,marc tables

You start with whatever the input you have and then post the question when you are stuck up.Without understanding the reqirement even SDNers can't help you.

So first study the technical spec and try to get an understanding on the flow of the report.Get the fields and tables that you need to use.Then accordingly post your queries.

Don't forget to search the Forum first before posting a query.

Had you read forum posts, you would probably have noted that this forum is not a free-code service, in other words, we don't do your work for you.  Spec dumping is the term used to describe your post...  If you do not know how to do the report, ask your colleagues for help, or let your manager know that you need training in ABAP and/or programming in general.
