Hi Experts,

This is in case of IS Utilities.

Can some explain me the concept of design for the Customer Care Services Acquisitions/withdrawal scenarios and also the processing scenarios for customer billing?

Actually the requirement is "to build a prototype of the base Water Model for MUD and then to use the Customer Interface" what is the meaning of this?

Please some one explain this water model for MUD?
