Delivery address

Hi,

In Me22n transaction, under item details, and delivery address tab, I could see the delivery address. I require information that from which table this information is fetched from.

Look to database view KNA1VV.

Check in Data Type & Field Name is 'ADRN2'

the structure is 'CMMDA'

select your Item and goto Itam tab>More Details>Delivery Address

put your cursor at Address Text Box then Press F1 for technical Information

Your steps will show the structure NOT the database table(s) with the information. Remember that structures are only logical data objects... not physical data objects.

Did you find your physical data in KNA1VV... just provide the customer number in field KUNNR.

In Me22n transaction, under item details, and delivery address tab, the information about the delivery address is being fetched from structure : <b>ADDR1_DATA</b>.

<b>You can refer to this table LFA1 : Vendor Master table .

Here we have fields for the address.

Hi,

I have checked for a purchase document in EKKO table for field KUNNR , customer number. This field is blank, but I could see the delivery address populated in the ME22n transaction for that purchase order.

Look to table EKPA for the partners. You should find your customer number there.

Hi Bikash,

For a purchase order number in EKPO table, both ADRNR and ADRN2 are blank, but in this case also, I have the delivery address populated in the item details of the purchase order.

EKPA might be empty (depending on your install).

Also look for the customer number in EKPO-KUNNR.

Hi,

In the EKPA table, I have checked for the partners. I found a field, partner function and partner counter in it. But these are not customer numbers.

I guess, in the purchase order document, we have the ship to party number. Using that we should get the address. Is it right?

EKPO-KUNNR is blank for a given purchase order document number, but I could see the delivery address in ME22n.

The ship-to party is the delivery address. That should be your answer.

Use that ship-to number and SE16 into KNA1VV and verify of the addresses are a match.

dunno why ekpo-adrnr field is blank in ur case..try this procedure...

ST05-->activate trace.

ME22N>delivery address>make any minor change in ur address there--> SAVE

ST05>deactivate trace>display trace-->enter..

u ll c yellow screen...just search for the text(address) wherein u made changes. besides that u ll c table name where this address is stored.. in my case it was ADRC and it was using ADRNR for this...chk this out if it works..

Vishnu, u were right in that sometimes ekpo table doesnt contain the address no. actually its linked to goods receipt. Goto table MSEG> enter PO number as input n get the plant>get the adress from table t001w..

this should solve ur problem..

Hi Bikash,

I have got the plant details from MSEG table and got the plant address from T001w. But, that address is not always the delivery address (at item level) for the purchase order.

Hi Vishnu,

goto table EKPO, enter ur PO no..n line item..ther u ll get ADRNR ( address no.)..put this in ADRC and u ll get the address.

Hi Vishnu Priya,

If delivery address/Manual address is not specified in the purchase order, the address you see in the PO is the plant address. Refer to the table field t001w-adrnr.

Plant address is maintained in the configuration

Enterprise structure -- > Definition --> Logistics general -- > Define plant.
