what is the SAP Original DDIC Element (Data Type or Domain )for Delivery-Address ?

Hello,

Delivery address is either the Customer Address (table KNA1) or the Vendor Address ( table LFA1) depending on your requirement.

In Sales orders it can be Ship-To Party ( field OID_SHIP) also.

Hi Ertas,

dataelement is ADRN2

you can get from the EKPO-ADRN2

and you can also find the where used list of ADRN2.
