Deleting Analysis authorization for mass users.

Hi,

If manually assinged Analysis authorization has to be deleted for a Perticular User XXX. I can go in to Transaction

RSECADMIN >> User >> Assingement.

I will give the user id and delete the Analysis Authorization which is manually assingned.

How can I delete Manually Analysis Authorization when the User ID's are more. (Ex: 200 User ID)??

Is there any way I can do this by entering all the User ID's in One GO.

Table RSECUSERAUTH has the mapping for USER ID and Analysis Authorization.

One way is to use SECATT for this. BTW 200 users in not that much Maybe manual deleting would be faster than find a suitable solution if there is no standard report for this.

SECATT is easier stuff for this activity. I never had come across any other alternative for this.

Please go through teh following post for the options available for deleting manually assigned Analysis authorizarions through trxn RSECADMIN.

However since there are only 200 users, you can either have a CATT script created or you can do it manually.

Best suggestion is to go with manual deletion,you will be in safer side.

other option is you can use CATT scripts / LSMW / SHDB..
