i created one object, it is assigned to a transport. like a Ztable. Then when i delete it again transport request is being asked !! why ? what does this mean ?
what happens to this transport then ? what shud i do with this ??
If you want to remove a repository object from your system landscape you need to transport the corresponding DELETE entry.
This entry is created on the source system of the deleted object.
If you delete the object on the source system without transporting the request to QAS & PROD then you have no simple way available to remove this object from QAS and PROD.

generally it does not ask for transport request while deleting.if it will be of somebody else's object then it will ask for transport request..you can delete your own program & then go to SE10..open your transport request's list & select transport request number that belongs to that program & click on delete button.
A delete is a change just like any other change and will be recorded on a change request. If you released the change request on which you created the object then when you delete it you will be prompeted for another change request. If you had not released the initial change request then the delete should be recorded on that change request as well.
What this means is that you probalbly should transport both change requests to their target systems(PRD?) so that the create and delete are both reflected in the target. If the olny two changes on the request(s) are the create and the delete of a single object you could just leave the requests in the original system and delete/archive them
At the time of creation of the object SAP asks for transport because all the changes are going to be recorded in it and transported to another sys mainly in test sys. Now let say after the transport u decided that this object is no longer needed.So u delete it but if this deletion is not recorded by the sys then it cannot be deleted from the test sys. So make the the 2 sys. in sync SAP asks for CTS whenever you delete an object. Hope it clears ur doubt.
And regarding the transport that contains deletion change..if the object was not transported earlier then no need to do anything just tell ur basis not to release it. Otherwise u have to release it to delete the object from test sys.
