I need to delete all address of a business partner including the standard address. I try to do this using FM BUPA_ADDRESS_REMOVE in a loop pass. I have sorted the data in such a way, that the active standard address of the business partner (transaction BP) will be deleted as the last remaining address. So first the postal address, next the visit address and last the standard address is deleted.
This works fine for all addresses except for the standard address. I get the following error message from message class R1 (no. 625)
Standard address cannot be deleted
The long text states the following:
The standard address may only be deleted if
It is the last existing address for a business partner
But that is why I delete the other addresses first (without COMMIT, since I don't want to do a COMMIT before the entire LUW is completed).
Am I missing something here?
P.S. I searched first of course, but could not come up with the answer I am looking for (search terms "delete standard address", "standard address", "delete address", "BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_REMOVE" and "BUPA_ADDRESS_REMOVE").
