Delete Selection Text Issue

Hello All,

I need to delete a selection text in a programm. The parameter does not exist anymore in the programm, when deleting i get this message:- (Page8 is the parameter)

Delimitation text PAGE8 is an original text and cannot be deleted or renamed

Message no. DS539

I am doing this as part of the manual post-implementation of a SAPNote.

goto uttlilities, adjust->selection text.. what are you getting there?

under Adjust i get this message:-

Text elements J_3RTAXTEST modified. Text comparison can only be displayed.

Message no. DS575

The parameter is shown under the heading of Editing action: Delete unused selection texts

Switched Modification Assistant Off

Turning off Modification Assistant also helped me.  I seem to run into a number of situations where turning off the Modification Assistant will fix the problem.  It never seems to be plain that the Modification Assistant is causing the problem and I often waste a lot of time finding the answer.

Switched Modification Assistant Off worked for me too. Menu Edit --> Modification Operations--> Switch Off Assistant

This option is disabled already.
Menu Edit --> Modification Operations--> Switch Off Assistant.
