Delete extra table line in smartform

Hello All,

In my smartform, I have created 4 table lines under a loop as follows;

Loop

table line 1

table line 2

table line 3

table line 4

endloop.

At a time only one table line will be displayed based on condition.

My issue is that while one table line is displayed I am getting blank lines below and above it.
For eg:

If table line 2 is displayed, I am getting one blank line above it and 2 blank lines below it.

If table line 1 is displayed I am getting 3 blank lines below it.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hello Neha,

The issue is with regards to placing of conditions. You need to specify conditions for each table line of their condition tab.

Hi Neha,

where are you specifying those conditions on which table lines has to be printed? To display desired results you need to specify the conditions under 'Conditions' tab in table.

Dear Neha,

Add <filed> is not 'INITIAL'  condition tab in particular text which is going to pint.

It will check every time whether filed having value or not.

Above code will allow only non initial value.

so it wont print the blank line.

Hi Neha,

You have condition at text level, so the text would be printed if the field is not initial.

But as per your requirement you have to place your condition at table lines, which would restrict the table lines to be printed. Please see below screen shot for reference.

In this table has three line type and line type work order would be printed only if Gv_aufnr is not initial.

Hope this resolves your problem...
