deleted program name and deleted data can u recovered any tcode is their for recovery

You can retrieve the program using verion management. From SE38:

Utilities->versions->version management.

Check of the version you want to restore to and press 'retrieve'.

You might be able to reconstrict the data if you are using change documents with it.
