Delete a program in its entirety.

Hi Guys

Copying and Deletion of a program problem.

I copied program A to program Z and decided that's not what I wanted so went and deleted program Z via SE38 and using the dustbin icon.

I then copied program B to program Z but the front screen of program Z still looks like that of program A even after activation.

Program Z has been activated but I think its something to do with the HR Report Category as it still seems to retain values of Program A.

So is there a way to delete Program Z in its entirety.

Hi,

While deleting you need check all check boxes which popups when u click on the delete icon.

Hope this will help out.

OR

You can write a small program in that select from tadir and delete program name from database tadir.

Check if you had assigned any logical database to the z program,

goto>Attributes> Logical database field, Remove if anything is entered into that

Hi,

I think u did not delete the program completely.

so when u delete the program . it will give a pop up saying whether to deete screens. includes etc

check all the check boxes and delete the program
