default component name

Hi all,

Will you pls anybody let me know

just i observed default component name NORM_VEND for data element RELIF. while checking the dataelement RELIF in EINA.

What is the need of this component and where we find all the component names .

let me know pls.

Hi,

The relif field is just an indicator field which when set to X means that the vendor in the lifnr field is just is the regular vendor for the material.

The list of vendors can be found in LFA1 which is the vendor master table.

check this...

Assign a default component name: You can store a proposal for the name of the table fields or structure components that refer to a data element. If possible, use an English-language default name. Always use this default name for components in BAPI structures (structures with a fixed interface). This results in a more unified assignment of field and component names.
