Hi Experts,

I have a problem in canceling OSS notes. I have implemented some Oss notes which got some problem. So, we want to cancel those OSS notes. I was able to cancel most of the notes. But three notes are in dead lock state. Notes 494914, 499202 and 504681 are implemented in the same order. When I try to cancel these notes in reverse order it showing a problem.

When I try to cancel any one of these three notes it showing the other two are dependencies so, I need to cancel those two first. This is happening for all the three. Please let me know how I can cancel these three notes.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Eswar,

This problem should be analyzed from SAP support as it requires some expert knowledge...

You will have to create an OSS message component BC-UPG-NA with system access...

Best regards,

Walter
