DDIC_TYPE_REF_ACCESS_ERROR when creating material

I try to create materials using ECATT scripts.I want to create some 1000 materials during the ecatt run I get a short dump in the middle when the count is around 540.

The error is DDIC_TYPE_REF_ACCESS_ERROR.What do i need to do get rid of this dump.

I am not able to view the MM02 transaction, when I try to view a material I get this dump.Could you somebody help me on this.

check ST22 and find out what is the cause of the Problem.
