We have custom code for a wholesale environment, but I am hoping to get some leads for a database error.
During our pick run, one specific customer/one specific item on Tuesdays is causing the error:
DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR. It occurs during RKE_WRITE_ACT_LINE_ITEM_3000. Exception is: CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB.
An error is thrown in SM13 and ST22.
Database error text........: "Row or object CE33000 in R3PRDDATA type *FILE in use. MSGID=CPFB755 Job=532330/PRD02/WP91. Record 3482945 in use by job 532335/PRD02/WP96." Internal call code.........: "[RSQL/RDUP/CE33000 ]"
The exception must either be prevented, caught within procedure "SELUPD_CE3" "(FORM)", or its possible occurrence must be declared in the RAISING clause of the procedure.
I have looked at the code, material master, customer master, and put orders in our QA system to test to no avail.
Looking for ideas which might prompt direction for further research.
