DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR dump in BW system

IN our BW system there is some dump as mentioned in subject

Error is givrn below

Database error text........: "ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level

1#ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4120 bytes of shared memory ("shared

pool","select owner#,name,namespace...","Typecheck","kgghteInit")"

Internal call code.........: "[RSQL/UPDT/NRIV ]"

Can anyone suggest me what is the problem and how can I get rid of this.

Does not look like an authorisation problem, pls go to your basis admin for help.
