Date Format Characteristic does not show date dropdown

Hi there

I have created a characteristic with data type "Date Format". When push the F4 dropdown button there is no date drop down that can be found on other date type fields. Is there a function module that I should link to this field to display the date dropdown or is there another way of solving this?

Goto Possible Entries and set its value to 1 from 0 .....

Then it will work............

Hi Chirayu

Will you elaborate where to change this? I am creating this characteristic in CT04 and linking it to a class in CL02. This then pulls through as a custom field in the relevant standard transaction.

Found a solution in SAP Note 631023. Thanks for everyones comments.
