Data transfer in tcode POP1 ***** Urgent

Hi all ,

I am have a requirement of creating Packing Instruction using material ,packing material and quantity (present in excel sheet).

My question is ,How to do data transfer from excel to r3 ,where Packing Instruction Number is assigned internally from sap r3 and which data transfer model should i use to do recording either LSMW or BDC ...

Any help is highly appreciated .
