Data transfer from al11

Hi,

When I migrate data using Emigall tool for object ADRPSTCODE , the file is placed at application server (AL11), when I import file ,it gets only header line but not line item. it shows a message migration carried out.But none of the record is migrated.

File format at AL11.

0030 1567 PSTCD 46234

0026 1567 &ENDE

But I could able to migrate when I upload import file ,below is the format.

1567 PSTCD 46245

1567 &ENDE

1567 PSTCD 46246

1567 &ENDE

Any idea , how can I migrate the data , when the file on application server.

hi, please aware that not every character can be recognize correctly in AL11.

And also the binary format content can't be read directly.

Hi,

Down load the data to the desktop using t-code CG3Z-->and see the data in the file how it is..

later check the write the program..
