Data transfer for Vendor Master

Hi All,

I have program that transfers HR & Vendor Master data(of a Reference Vendor) to a new vendor that is getting extended for the particular company code in XK01...

End of the program its creating a session, but its going to error....

While i processed the session in foreground, in XK01 first screen an additional check box is coming as CENTRAL ADDRESS MANAGEMENT and ticked.

Because of this check box standard SAP is validating some address data and an error occurs as 'Invalid Search term in a pop up screen(reason for session failure).

We have a function module which normally triggers for all vendors and audits number of fields to ensure a particular format.

Could anybody give me some idea how to deal with this situation?

The main issue with this is the Checkbox for CENTRAL ADDRESS MANAGEMENT.

Normally when we run XK01 we never see this check box.....Its only displaying while processing session for XK01.....

Hi

You can leave this checkbox unchecked in your recording but some of the address fields might miss out coz of this.

if your trnsfering the vendor data to SAP, when your doing the recoding the XK01 without CENTRAL ADDRESS MANAGEMENT the address data not dispalying fully, like email address , so that you can check CENTRAL ADDRESS MANAGEMENT if your passing full address....

Hi,

In your flat file for check box field u have to remove X and u have to give space then u will get it.
