data migration problem with lsmw

hello friends,

while i am updating the database all the records r perfectly coming into the transaction when i run in foreground with recording ya here problem is that transaction program generates a number for every record intenally with this number generation all these records r not going into the database

how to handle this value which is generating in the middle. when i record that transaction it is not going to into that generating value becz system is internally assigning the number.

so please guide me inthis case how to handle this value n is there anyother way to do this datamigration otherthan lsmw.
