Please try with Data Element: <b>SO_ENTRY</b>.

Below is the description of the same for your information:

Distribution list entry

Recipient who is included in the distribution list.

Use

You can specify the following as the recipient:

First name and last name (address name)

Private distribution list

Shared distribution list

SAPoffice user

SAP user

Organizational unit

Enter the object name. You can also enter a character string. All organizational units are listed whose object names contain this character string.

Appropriate authorizations are required for the following entries:

External address

Fax number

Enter a fax number in the following format: <Country><Number>, where <Country> is an abbreviation for the international dialing code with a maximum of three characters, for example us610/725-4576.

Internet address

An Internet address can, for example, appear as follows: miller@our.company.com.

X.400 address

Enter the individual components separated by ";", for example

g=anna;s=miller;o=c11;ou1=m000;p=company;a=hp;c=com.

Remote SAP name (SAP user in another system)

Enter the system ID, client, and SAP name separated by a colon, for example c11:000:henry.

X.500 address

Enter the address as follows:

c=<COUNTRY>/o=<..>/ou=<..>/cn=<..>

Examples: Entering address names

There are various ways in which you can enter address names:

Enter the complete name or only the first name or last name

george

All users are listed whose first name is "George". Users with the last name "George" are also listed.

miller

All users called "Miller" are listed.

Note

If the first name or last name consists of several parts which are not connected by a hyphen, you must connect the parts with . Example: You want to display all users with the surname "Van Dyke". Enter vandyke.

Generic entry (with *):

a* b*

All users are listed whose first name starts with A and last name with B, or whose last name starts with A and first name with B.

jon*

All users are listed whose first name or surname starts with "Jon".

Entering the company name

Please observe the following conventions:

If you only enter the company name or the company name and first name or last name, two commas must be entered before the company name.

If you enter the first name, last name, and company name, you do not need to enter any commas.

The company name must always come last.

, ,testcompany

All users are listed who are Testcompany employees.

miller, ,testcompany

All users are listed who are Testcompany employees and are called "Miller".

don Mi* testcompany

All users are listed whose first name is "Don", whose last name starts with "Mi", and who are Testcompany employees.

Dependencies

You can assign the recipients (except for address names) an indicator in the adjacent field, for example P for a private distribution list. If this is not done, a search is started via the possible recipient types (in the sequence address name, external address in the address management, distribution list, fax number, Internet address, X.400 address, X.500 address, remote SAP name, organizational unit). The search is ended when one or more hits are found for a recipient type or when no hits are found for a recipient type. If there are several hits, they are displayed in a list from which a selection can be made.

Enter, for example, di*. There are two address names containing this character string (for example, Henry Dixon and Diana Miller). They are displayed. The distribution lists with the names Distribution list 1 and Distribution list 2 are not found.

Also you can use: <b>AD_SMTPADR</b>

Kind Regards
