data declaration lost in the top include

Hello,

I had some global data declaration in the TOP include. Later i had  generated a maintenance table in se11 and all the golbal data have been disappeared from the TOP include

please , how to restore my original top include

If this is stored under a new request, you should be able to use version management to get the original data declarations.
