Data Conversion

Hi all,

We've created a conversion program to extract Purchase Order data from Oracle into a MS Excel spreadsheet. When we upload this data in SAP, on some records, the requisitioner filed is mysteriously populated with data that doesn't exist on the Excel file. Any one have any idea why this situation would hapeen and how we can correct?

The conversion works fine in our test environment, but not in Q&A.

Hi

Did you check out if any default requisitioner is set?

What method are you using to get data into SAP?

hi,

the most important factor while using LSMW is to see if your source fileds in lsme are in same sequence as coming in your extract. also check for the mapping . if both these are correct then try passing a blank in requisitioner field. This should solve your problem.
