Hi Experts,

Could you please let me know, how to rectify error "9999" during archiving of DaRT file from ftwl transaction.

When we try to export to archive, we are getting error "9999" for some of the extracts. We need to know how to rectify those.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sandipan

Hi Sandipan,

Normaly you get a 99 error messagfe when a extract has been archived and reloaded back into the DB. IF you goto the FTWL and double click on th eextract you can see if a extract was already archived or not.

I get the error 9999 as well ,but this comes from the archive link when a retion date has been set that is not yet over. In this case I can't delete the extract.

Either way I would say that the message is letting you know that the extracts are blocked in some way.

Hope this helps,

Mark
