Customizing Role

Hello,

i need to create a SAP Role in our Development Systen only for Customizing.

Any Idea how to do this or is there a SAP Standard Role which i can use for copy?

Hello Raghu,

these both roles do not help, because both roles do not have permissions and authorizations! Only some Basic permissions.

Check SAP_BC_CUS_CUSTOMIZER or Customizing project administrator SAP_BC_CUS_ADMIN.

There is a profile (not role) - S_A.CUSTOMIZ - that I've used for this before. It probably gives access to more than you'd like - the S_TCODE authorization uses '*' for example. I complete list of transactions just for customizing would be pretty long, though, so maybe that's understandable. I think the other authorizations in there are more restrictive so the profile is still a long way from SAP_ALL, despite that.

I'm not aware of either a role or profile that has only customizing access.

thank you. Yes i know this old profile S_A.CUSTOMIZ. But in this profile a lot of module permissions are missing! So it is nit to use for complete customizing in development systems.

I have create a new role which i manual added with the permissions of old profiles like

K_CCA_ALL      CO Cost Center Accounting: All Authorizations

K_JOB_ALL      CO Orders: Maintenance authorizations

K_PCA_ALL      All EC-PCA authorizations

K_PLAN_ALL      Maintenance Authorizations: CO-OM-CCA Planning

K_RKC_ALL      All EC-EIS/EC-BP authorizations

K_RKE_ALL      CO: All Authorizations for Profitability Analysis

......

......
