Customizing Request:

I come across customizing request.It is creating locally and not showing quality system integration in se09.

Any one explain to me when system asks for customizing request and how we move it to quality.

Display transport header, switch to change mode and change Target for quality system.

But ask the author why he did clear this field (should have come from STMS - transport route definitions)
