customer master data using LSMW with IDoc

I am trying to upload customer master data using LSMW with IDoc. LSMW should update KNA1,knb1,General Data view/One sales org view data.Pls tell me which message type and IDocType or Basic type to be used.

Message type DEBMAS

Idoc type DEBMAS** where ** is highest number available in your system (check via WE30). e.g. DEBMAS06
