Where can I find the Logged entries for a custom Table ?

if you mean changedocuments look tables cdhdr / cdpos

or fm CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ

In the technical setting select goto->act/chklog..

If you are looking for the table contents then you have do change document then it will be stored in CDHDR and CDPOS tables and if you are looking for table structure and table access and modified then you will get it from DBTABLOG table but here it will not stored with the modified values, just you will get from which tcode and program it was modified.
