Hi,

Is there any provision in SAP to create user defiend data types? E.g. I

want to create new data type "ArabicChar" which would allow only Arabic

characters to be entered. Is it possible in SAP?

Any help would be highly regarded!!!

I doubt if its possible.

All you can do is to create your user defined datatype using the sap provided types at dictionary level.

Hi,

yes it is possible in sap y because we r using the arabic chars in scripts also.
