Custom Code Library Extractor (new) - Could not get object data for CCLM

Hello Everyone,

In the Extractor Framework two extractors Custom Code Library Extractor (new) and Custom Code City Extractor are failed, namely for one system only.

The error of Custom Code Library Extractor (new) is: "Could not get object data for CCLM ( Extraction Failed )".

Therefore there is no data for the Custom Code City Extractor. Here is the error "No custom code objects found for C37 in CCLM"

So I can see no objects for this system at all in CCLM.

It's all about SP14. All recommended SAP Notes are implemented. All steps of Guided Procedure of CCLM are green and sometimes completed repeatedly. For another system it works properly.

How can I find out the cause of the error?

Thanks a lot.

Regards,

Sergey

Hello Sergey,

the problem is not a problem.

You just have to wait untill SM_CCL:*OBJ* collector background job finishes.

Hi Alexander,

this job was already run earlier. I've executed this one in addition manually too.

After that I tried to delete the mentioned extractors and planned these again.

It hasn't helped.

Here is the log of the job:

something is definetely wrong with extractors.

is it only for this system? other are ok?

Object extractor has 3 iterations:

1- cc objects

2-modifications

3-enhancements

We see for 3rd. what are the logs for 2 other?

Thanks for the info, Alexander.

Yes, for another system it's all right. Only for this one (SolMan itself) it's failed.

Then it were screenshots for 2 iterations: first for modifications, second - for enhancements.

Here it is for cc objects (See the timestamp):

General: can I execute an extractor manually? How can I do this?

I see you've fetched only 34 Custom Code objects. I really doubt that you have only 34 objects in the system. What is the system type?

Try to execute FM on C37: /SDF/CMO_GET_CUST_OBJ. How many objects it shows?

To re-execute manually:

go to tab "Extractor Details" and over there to "Configuration".

You will see the field 'Interval'. It is 1440 ( = every 24 hours).

If you change to Expert mode (top right hand corner of the EFWK admin UI screen, you will be able to change this value to let's say 10 mins. And it will be reexecuted automatically.

Hello Sergey,

please also check if SAP note

2293718 - adjust housekeeping condition for 0SM_CCLG cube.

In my case it was helpful and was recently added to RTCCTOOL.

Best regards,

Sylke

I don't know what has helped but after I tried to execute extractors "manually" within the short interval according to the hint of Alexander, it started working. Probably it was because of the wrong timing of extractors.

I struggled with it the whole week but now it works.

Anyway thanks a lot!

Sergey

Probably this SAP Note can solve this problem. In my case it works already without this one. But then, for safety I've implemented this one too.
