Hi all ,

I am going to modify one program in development when I am going on change option it is saying that user is currently editing the program even no one user is editing it.

and it is diplays temporary version

Pl guide me

Goto transaction SM04.SM04 gives the users login and the transactions they are handling.There u can find out the ppl who r using it.Check who is using SE38 and editing your program.Select the transaction that is using it and then stop the transaction.

Hi,

Check who is the user editing the code. If its displaying your own id, goto SM12 select the locked program and delete it.

Its occur some times when Server connection breaks suddenly...peer conection disconnected...

If it happens , ask ur BASIS to kill ur session. Then u log on agian.

Check for editor lock in the program attributes.

Hi,

Go to SM12,Give ur user name ,press on list,

If your program name comes there select it and delete it.

Or try activating the program,then a message comes,You want to keep the temporary version

or delete it.That time you can delete it.

hi,

Login again choose first Radio button [ 1.Continue with this logon and end any other logon in system When ending any existing logons to system ] or SM04
